you know when you press and hold the button on the camera and it takes a load of pics in progression, so you can choose the best one later. (makes for more natural pics) I would prefer a small camera, not the big professional ones. Digital of course. Thanks!

This is not the best way of taking natural photos.

The best way is to carry and use the camera alot around the people you want to photograph, they will get used to it and eventually you will get truelly natural photographs.

Canon make a lot of good small cameras that would be capable of what you have asked for. I would go to a jessops and ask for advise as to what camera is in your price range.

Then once you,ve decided on the model you want do a search for the cheapest price you can find.

Good luck, its a really rewarding hobby.

any DSLR camera will do the burst mode or bracketing mode.
Also the super zoom type camera have same feature.
I have and use the burst mode and bracketing mode on my Panasonic Lumix FZ-30. Keep in mind (!) you need a high speed card minimum 80x (ideal 130x or 150x ) in order to work fine with 3 to 8 frames / second.
The bracketing mode is very usefully = 3 frames: 1st with normal exposure, 2nd underexposed, 3rd overexposed. So you can blend or pick the best one. ;-)

If you finally figure out which camera you want, I would go to either http://www.keh.com or http://wolfcamera.com

And another good on-line, http://henrys.com or eBay
http://stores.ebay.com/henrys-com

They all have new and used, as far as I remember and have photos of each. KEH is my favorite since I used to drive limousine for the family. They also buy quality photo equipment, and they rate their products so you can tell what you are getting.

If I need something but don't really have the funds to go get new, locally I go to them.

Nikon D70, D80, D2000 DSLRs

You could go to burst mode by using the on-screen menu or switch back from it.
