You should probably see a doctor.

However, I can tell you that as a sufferer of panic attacks for more than 4 years, I get chest pains and tingling/numbness in my left arm. These can be signs of a heart attack, but I have come to realize that it happens every time I am about to have a panic attack.

I have some of these symptoms. Some of it is acid reflux and is treatable if you use digestive enzymes. The panic attacks are another issue entirely. I would definitely seek professional help. I had panic attacks in 2001 when I was very sick and it was a result of a physiological imbalance. The panic attacks resolved when the health issue was resolved. Sometimes its hard to know where to start to find answers.

This is an alternative healing technique that can work for anxiety. It should not be used in place of medical treatment but can be used in conjunction with it.

Most of the time anxiety has all these symptoms, slow down and realise what you don;t get done will be there tomorrow, get a really good friend to talk too, walk everyday and try not to sweat the small stuff. Your only human not a miracle worker so do the things you can, get your mind off of all your problems and stay away from people that make you feel bad or they are negative. This will help alot. Also eat good as alot of times chemicals in your body be out of whack.

Anxiety and panic attacks can mimic angina. Try some slow breathing and in your mind go to a happy place. Walking is good for anxiety and other stresses. If you have no history of cardiac problems then it is more than likely anxiety related. If it becomes too bothersome then by all means see a cardiologist; better safe than sorry.

Anxiety does not usually cause chest pain. You may be having angina, although the gas and burning sounds like heartburn or gallstones. You should see a doctor.

Like it or not, whatever it is you will have added anxiety until you at the very least see a physician. Remember that while you may indeed suffer from anxiety, it can exacerbate other problems if not dealt with. You need to make an appointment with your physician to figure out what's going on.

Hon, it could be EITHER. You need to get this checked out. Gas pains can mimic myocardial infarct ( heart attack). Anxiety can cause all kinds of pains, and combinations of pains. Angina is usually relieved with nitroglycerine.
It's complex, and not something you need to put off taking care of.

your complaint definitely isn't Anginal pain because
- anginal pain is comprisve and stabbing in character "not burning"
- anginal pain occur due to in adequte blood go to the heart so the angina began after excersie or effort "not with panic attack"
- anginal pain not end by using ordinary painkillers"analgesic" drugs it's end only by using heart drugs
-angina not tender pain
SO what you must do know to be treated from anxiety " don't worry not angina "
