actually the specialists in curly hair are ouidad salons if there is one in your area. or find someone experienced cutting african american or hispanic hair. i'm white but that's what i did. i have naturally curly, fine, very coarse hair and finally found someone who can cut it properly. not everyone can cut curly hair properly!! you also need to use the right products and for that you need to talk to the right person cutting your hair. good luck!

OMG we live in Oak Harbor for 3 years and moved to tx. Is For Petes Sake still there. We live right around the corner from that place in a white house on the hill. How funny there is a really good place if i remember right over by the Kmart if the Kmart is still there. There used to be a place across from Jason rest.

there is no one that 'specializes' in curly hair....just pay the price and go to the mall...all hairdressers go to the same schools no matter where they work afterwards....
