When I open a exiting file, how to insert words or lines and donot add new page .

Elmer ,you are wrong, it can be used to edit pdf file, but how to insert words and keep left and right side aligned?? thanks

foxit is a pdf reader, you can open and view pdfs but not edit them unless you pay for the premium version or buy adobe acrobat.
