Saunas make you clean. The heat opens your pores and the sweat brings out any dirt. Then you shower in cold water and it invigorates your skin. Saunas are NOT a way of losing weight. The sweat needs to be replaced and as soon as you drink water based liquids it is replaced. The only way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet that ingests fewer calories than you burn. Take plenty of exercise at least three times a week for a minimum of twenty minutes ensuring that it is vigorous enough to bring a sweat on. That should help. Don't go for faddy diets.

When in the sauna you could wear a swimsuit or loose fitting robe. Make sure you remove any jewelery as the metal gets hot and burns you.

Wear something breathable, a bathing suit and light cotton shorts would be a good option. While it's true that regular sauna visiting can make you lose a little weight, it's mostly sweat, or water weight. It will mostly return when you drink fluids to rehydrate. The good part is that sweat is waste product, toxins you body does not need, so getting rid of them cleans out your body. So it may not make you skinnier, it will make your body healthier, which helps everything work better- even your digestive system and metabolism... Remember not to stay in there too long, high temperatures are only ok for so long, and drink up after to keep from getting dehydrated and sick.

Saunas help release excess toxins from your body. Excess toxins in the body do often lead to weight gain. Also releasing toxins from the body will give you more energy over time , thus you will be more active also enabling you to more weight lose.

Sauna's merely unclog your pores and inhibit release of fluids. Ultimately you will end up drinking the liquid back so I doubt much weight loss will occur.

They aid weight loss in terms of water lost out of the body. But this isn't the most advisable way to lose weight.

They make you sweat like crazy. This is helpful when trying to lose wait. Wear whatever you want, even just a towel w/ a bikini underneath but remember, the more you have on, the more you will sweat, which is a good thing.

Suana's do NOT help you lose weight, as in fat weight. It causes you to sweat, so you lose a little bit of "water weight." But it doesn't do jack sh!t for weight loss.

they really don't do anything for weight loss, they will cause water loss which will be gained right back with even a cup of water, so Nothing.
