It's essential. Without exercise, you heart will become weak, your digestive system will not function properly (causing weight gain uncontrolled by diet), your muscles will begin to decay, natural hormones will decrease and will in turn cause depression, and when you finally do have to do something hard, like fight for your life as an example, you wont be able to and will get stabed in the throat with a knife. thats not very healthy either. Oh, and exercise will give you more energy throughout the day once a routine has been established and you will sleep better at night.

Exercise is essential because it makes your bones stronger, tones muscles and circulates blood in your blood. It makes your body healthier overall and reduces stress. Eating healthier is good for you, but you can't get the benefits of exercise just from that.

Yes! exercise is essential for good health wheather you are a right eater or not. daily routine exercise is really going to help you to be active and fresh whole day. never force yourself to do excercise means if you are sick or not feeling normal, then better skip that day.

Even running/speed walking just a mile a day will significantly reduce your chances of many serious heath problems. Just make sure if your just starting to exercise you begin with small workouts and work your way up slowly to prevent injury.

It depends on how physical your job is. The more physical your job the less necessary exercise is because you get plenty of it on the job. If your job involves mostly sitting at a desk then exercise is important.
