The brain itself has no pain receptors. The coverings surrounding them do.

Not to diss the following answerer, but the liver, lung and kidney are thoroughly innervated with sensory nerves. The information he/she got was incorrect. I have personally experienced pain from all those.

I googled and found this. I am not sure if this is all of them... nonsensitive organs (liver, lung and kidney).
