is ur brother elder to u,
a teenager then its natural for him to spend more time with his friends.he might want to speak with u but may be he thinks u are not interested just try telling him how was ur day and asking him about his.Also try to know his freinds better once he realises that u are also interested in his friends he will stop neglecting u and may be u can hang out with his friends too

its all about power!! im the same wit my sisters!! he isnt doin it intentionally, although it might seem like it!! its how we bond (if thats the word) wit our mates, makes us seem cooler!!
