My boyfriend and i had been together for a little while and we both loved each other. Then one day i found a message that he wrote to another girl a few days before that saying that he was gonna break up with me. I got all upset about it and i had no way to talk to him about it until the next afternoon. Well, before i got to talk to him, this guy offered me a ride and i was telling him what was going on and we kissed. i felt really bad about it but there was nothing i could do after it had already happened. well, my boyfriend found out and broke up with me but i want him back. i love him and i don't want to be with anybody else. he says that he can't be with me right now and we might be able to work it out but not anytime soon. i don't know what to do.

Find out what his intentions really are_what does he mean when he says he'll work things out in the future?Why not now?he wants some 'no-strings-attached' relationships before considering u?
Its understandable u kissed a stranger in a moment of insecurity_but he cannot turn that against u to break off or hold a grudge.

Leave him! Seriously. You don't want to be one of those desperate girls that can't let go. He is using the fact that you kissed another guy to justify his feelings. He was going to leave you for another. How much do you think he cares about you? That alone is reason enough to break it off. Even if he does take you back, he will probably end up secretly cheating on you because his feelings for this other girl won't go away. I'm sorry it's not the news you want to hear but I hope this helps.

Have you seen the commercial about the kid who is planning to join the Army? The last line is something like, "besides, it time for me to be a man".
Well lady, it's time for you to be a woman. YOU did the crime, now YOU do the time. We all make bad decisions in our lives. It is the way we learn how to make good decisions. You were lucky, this one didn't cost you your life. Be glad this guy you let "pick you up" didn't take you to an abandoned warehouse, beat you more senseless than you already are, rape you and kill you.

You need to realize his note meant that he's already started to move on. Do you want to sit around to find out what "not anytime soon" means? You deserve more in a relationship. PS Don't take rides from "other guys"--it's not smart

Sounds like he was looking for a reason to break up with you to be with someone else and you gave it to him. I would move on or this behavior will become a pattern. He will find reasons to break up with you so he can sleep around then take you back until he finds someone else. I have friends who go through this with their boyfriends and they never learn. It is an emotional roller coaster that you should get off of and find someone who will love and respect you.

Even though he has already found out. Go and talk to him and explain your self. Ask him to listen to your for one very last time.
After you ve done that. Do not contact him ever. He was anyways going to break up with and was looking for an oppurtunity, an oppurtnity which you gave him.
He is not worth you. And some where you lost your trust on him and thats why you kissed.
So sweetie...give it some time.

move on if he is writing notes to other girls about breaking up with you then you had every right to do what you did as far as him saying you might work it out that's his way of saying when he is done playing the field if you sit and wait for him he might be back your better off finding a new boyfriend

Well why would you want to be with somebody if you knew he was gonna break up with yuo anyway? He has probably just used this as a great excuse to end it with you, which were his intentions anyway. He sounds like a real loser to me. Get over him and move on Honey.

Move on....you found a note that said he wanted to break up with you. You gave him the reason to do it and not feel guilty. The relationship is over.
