That's a tricky one. You could cut your life short by smoking again so it is a bit of a gamble. It depends how long ago you stopped and are you fit and healthy now. I believe that if you balance things out you can do most things in moderation. eg. eat plenty of fruit and veg (especially broccolli) to replace what vitamins smoking destroys. Then your immune system will stay fairly strong. However at the end of the day wouldn't be safer just to find another pleasurable pastime - a glass of red wine maybe and some Potters cleansing herbs!! (laxative).

I guess it a personal choice and we can not tell you what to do. We all know about the health risks etc., But, my Grandmother dipped Snuff all her days and died at 103 years old.
I smoked a pipe years ago. For the money I like that Prince Albert with the Cavendish blend, not remember the actual name, maybe it was that "Soft Vanilla". Good stuff. But, maybe I liked it too much and was starting to cough regular so I quit.

Try Metamucil for the laxative effect. There is also a certain amount of pleasure found in being regular. It also smells better.
