How do you mean, "gamble using sex"?
Regardless, you sound like you might have an addictive personality, or some psychological need to gamble: that would explain your apparent compulsion, and your difficulties in telling your husband.
Tell your spouse, your family and your friends. If you don't, it's only a matter of time before the debts catch up with you. Even if you gamble successfully, your addiction will make you take greater and greater risks untril you lose. Get help, support, understanding, and see a therapist to determine why you really need to act this way. Good luck.

You have an addiction. Sex for gambling is just a side-affect of the addiction. This does not make you a whore. This however, makes you a complusive gambler.
You must.....got me? MUST....talk to your husband. This WILL ruin your marriage if you keep this up.
If he's a loving and caring husband, he will help you battle this.
At first, I wouldn't come straight out and tell him you're giving sex for gambling. Battle one thing at a time.
Get professional help. It appears you have gone overboard the moment you sold yourself for gambling debts or impulses.

It makes you a gambling addict. You need GA, Gambling Anonymous or an inpatient treatment center: C.O.R.E. for gambling addicts. I went there and haven't gambled since. It's in Shreveport, LA and I'm sure they have other treatment centers all over the country. It helps! Take care, you are now gambling with your life and your husbands (STD's)......Kitty
