Well contrary to popular belief the natural color of teeth is an off white. If they are really yellow there are good products to lighten your teeth. Most of the tooth whitening products available are peroxide based. The peroxide whitens the teeth. Tooth whitening goes way back to the 1500's. People would use urine to whiten the teeth. The uric acid is what did the trick; however, the uric acid also wore away the enamel and then there is a trip for dentures. Try the peroxide products first. If that does not help your dentist can put porcelin vaneers on your teeth, this is very costly though. As for the hair loss take 1mg of folic acid per day.

For the alopecia you will have to speak to your doctor for treatment. There are medications, but they don't work for everyone.
To keep my teeth white (I drink tea and coffee and used to be a pack a day smoker) I make a paste with baking soda and water and brush with that about once a week. I also use a whitening toothpaste to keep them gleaming.
Occasionally I will rinse with peroxide but for my daily dental care I use Listerine.
I once used crest white strips (just before my wedding in 2004) they worked well, but made my teeth very sensitive for a while.

Lalapetal suggests drinking your own wee wee, but this actually is the number one cause of tooth yellowing.
My friend Godfrey always gargled with bleach, he swore (a lot actually, come to think of it, mainly after brushing..hmmmm) that it kept his teeth snow white, his throat was cleared of 99% of all household germs and his breath smelled `toilet bowl fresh`.
If you had known him whilst he was alive you too would have admired his lovely white teeth.
He was very young when he passed away, so I cannot relate to you any comment of his about hair loss as his was luxuriant and perfectly groomed.
His hair was snow white too, unusual for such a young man, I wonder what shampoo and conditioner he used, a shame that it is too late to ask him.
He will be sadly missed.

Peroxide is good for whitening teeth. Alopecia is something you are just going to have to live with. My sympathy.

The yellowish color can be eliminated by getting a professional cleaning and then using a whitening product. That would work the best!
