can anyone explain me the term sexualy active and how does it apply to a male & female, "when we say/ask, are you sexually active"

Sexually active simply means you are haveing sex on a regular basis applies the same to men and women

It means, "Are you having sex in your spare time. Have you had sex yet?" There are medicines and things that could cause serious harm to a fetus, but that are okay for you. They need to know if you might be having sex so they can tell you to use at least two forms of birth control so you don't end up with a kid with huge birth defects. So they just want to know if there is potential for you to have sex now or in the future. Make sense?
