Wash your hands every time you use the bathroom and every time before you eat. I know that sounds obvious, but the more you wash your hands, the better your chances are for not contracting a cold from someone else. Also, drink lots of water.

If you feel a cold coming on, I always drink lots and lots of orange juice. Vitamin C wards off colds, and the more you drink, the faster the cold will go away.

Hope it helped!

The best way is to stay away from people. This how the cold is Transmitted. Just like a Flu Virus usually is brought into a country on an Airliner from the Country of origin. So, we either be around people and get it or stay away and be OK.

Wash your hands quite often. Drink warm soup with garlic in it. Chicken noodle is the best. don't walk around bare footed if the weather is cooling down and cover your mouth when around sick people. Best to try and stay away from public places for a few days and vitamin up.

Keep your hands clean, and hold off on the kissy kissy! Try to stay out of your house quite a bit, since your sister has germs all over the place. A nice walk and fresh air will keep your stress level down, which helps, too! Also, spray Lysol on your phone, the light switches, etc.

Good luck with your game!
