If you are starting to feel the grass is greener on the other side then maybe you need to grab your relationship and give it a bit of a shake up! Maybe the grass is greener, but unless you put 100% into your own relationship, how can you be sure you won't regret leaving it? Once you are thoroughly convinced that your relationship is the best it can possibly be and that just isn't good enough, THEN leave it behind and go on a new quest. Being unfaithful is mean and just plain greedy and no one likes it being done to them, so really they shouldn't do it to anyone else.

The point of that saying "the grass is always greener".....is that IT ONLY LOOKS THAT WAY, but when you actually get to the other side of the fence, it is just as flawed as your own grass, in your yard. So, if you are asking how we can prove that it ISN'T greener on the other side - youth. You make mistakes, take risks, and you find out that what you thought was great, isn't really that great.

The grass isn't always greener on the other side. You wouldn't know that unless you did take that risk. In my opinion, no risk is "unnesessary" if it leads to something great. If you're unhappy with something, change it. Happiness is a choice.

"Don't regret the things you've done.....regret the things you HAVEN'T done"

You can't. Taking risks are part of life. People take them everyday. For me taking risks and hoping things will be greener on the other side makes me want to get up and face the challenges that come my way. Sitting back and only letting things just pass you by to me would be boring and I would rather not be alive. Take the risk. Sometimes a person can actually learn from them.

Hey Blue Monkey.. it sounds like you are getting ready to try something different, are you? the grass always look greener on the other side, you only discover that it is the same when you get there, but it may be too late to step back. There sre no unnecessary risks, only wishing thoughts. Use your imagination and enjoy the dream.

you cant!! thats the problem, if you think the grass is greener you either have to take a risk and test it out, or forget about it and carry on not knowing. it all depends how risky it will be.....

You can't.....the risk is what helps tint the grass to appear greener. And once you get there and look over your shoulder......you'll see the grass was the exact same color as where you were. Welcome to illusion......
