There is no easy answer to the question. I think we can all feel like that sometimes.

I lost my youngest brother and mum within a few months of each other and didn't know which way to turn next.

I've stayed clear of drink and drugs for they will not help.

I've concentrated on my work and the rest of the family and let them have all the love I have to give.

Take the time to cry when you need to, but do not lose heart.

Feel angry if you have to, but don't allow that to boil over into violence.

Feel frustrated, take it out by going for a good run or a swim.

I hope this helped you

That is an interesting way to ask that question - if you mean what do I do when I have this - you must break the cycle. Step out of the overwhelming, disheartening condition - and take a breather. Take a bath, a walk, meditate, read - something to help you get balanced ------then approach your situation from a strengthened position. Get out a pad & pen and write down what are the factors that are causing you to feel this way - is it a particular person/persons in your life, is it work/school/home life that is doing this, are you wanting to change something in your life? Only you can answer those questions. When you have your list - ask yourself is this so important that if I died tomorrow would it still matter. Most things are not that important. However, if you do find something that is that important - THAT is the thing you need to focus your attention on.

Fears Freddy..we have all got them, we deal with them in a variety of ways, but sometimes our best efforts are not sufficient, that is when we are overwhelmed and negative thoughts just pour in, conquer the fears and you conquer the emotion. Smile you need to.
