since the world is currently more than half-flooded, that would make God an optimist.

How can He be in a half empty mood when He flooded the entire earth?

Neither full nor empty, each half of the glass is full, one with a gas and one with a liquid.
The seasoned drinker would say that the glass doesn't have enough ice in it.

Definitely half empty... who but a pessimist would judge the world as such and decide that only six people are worthy of being saved out of what could have been countless thousands.

God knew exactly what he was doing. Let me ask you this, if a glass is half empty & half full, which is half empty, the bottom half or the top half, & if the glass is half full which half is half full the top half or the bottom half. Nice try, you did not fool me

No, he was definitely in a full glass kind of mood or He never would have warned Noah, or allowed the animals to come to the ark. Plus, He was being positive because he did indeed stop the rain and send the dove back to the ark with the olive branch.

Yes, he was definately a half-empty guy that day. The thought of the possibility that he actually exists, and with all those personality flaws, is a terrifying proposition.

God's cup is probably pretty big. Maybe He just spilled half of it.

No. More like he was being just. Wickedness without God equals death. They got what they deserved. Thankfully Christians get what we don't deserve- forgiveness, grace, heaven!
