Normally that distance is more economically covered with a concrete, wood or galvanized steel barrier. Corrugated plastic that looks like cardboard box material but is plastic (corroplast) may work if you have additional posts for support. You see this material most often used for political yard signs and is cut from 4' X 8' sheets. Retail prices for solid polyethylene would be very expensive. You cannot buy it wholesale without a license which will prohibit its direct purchase by the end user. If you are looking for reasonable prices you are stuck with finding it at an auction and you will have to broaden your specifications in order to bid on what comes up that might work.
