I'm assuming you're talking about having too much to drink, yes? If so, there's a little you can do now, and a LOT you can do next time.
Now: if you haven't already taken any pain relievers, go pop three Advil with as much water as you can tolerate; in four hours take two more, and two more four hours after that. And keep drinking water throughout the morning. A lot of the misery from a hangover is due to dehydration. (Whyzzat? Because of how the kidneys work. Left to themselves, your kidneys suck water out of the blood all the time at full speed, but your body normally slows them down by releasing a hormone that tells them to shut down for a while. And it turns out that if you have alcohol in your blood, the body stops producing this hormone, so your kidneys run full speed. This is also behind the phenomenon that leads to the observation that you don't really BUY beer, you just rent it. :-)
Which leads to the BIG help for next time: when the party is winding down, start drinking water THEN, along with a couple of Advil. Try to have two or three big, and I mean 16 ounces, glasses of water before you go to bed. (My wife says it doesn't prevent hangovers, it's just that you have to wake up at 3 AM to pee and you get it over with then. :-) When you DO wake up at 3 AM, go drink another 16 ounces of water. By the time the alarm clock goes off and it's time to head for work, you'll be tired from getting up to go to the bathroom all night, but your head will only be a teeny bit fuzzy, as opposed to feeling like it's full of evil gnomes with red-hot drills.
One other thing: I find that neutral, mild carbohydrates help with the ohmygods in the stomach the morning after. Good ol' southern-style biscuits are excellent if you can get them -- have somebody run to the nearest KFC and come back with just a side of biscuits (if you go yourself, the smell of the chicken is likely to make you hurl). If you can't do that, then plain toast is helpful too.
And finally... get somebody you trust to rub the back of your neck and your shoulders. I always get knots in the muscles that hook up to the back of my skull when I have too much to drink. I'd rub it for you -- right there, starting from the hairline at the back of your head and moving down to the hollow at the base of your skull, then moving my thumbs just to each side of your spine and working those two big muscles on either side of your neckbones, soothing you down into the muscles that spread out across the tops of your shoulders and then down between your shoulder blades and your backbone -- but I can't quite reach from here... :-)
Here's hoping you feel better soon!

Sounds like you are experiencing depression. Please seek professional help as soon as possible. Sometimes we do things to feel better like party and/or get drunk or drugs at times, but after wards a feeling of emptiness embraces us and we feel lost and worthless. It is important to recognize these symptoms and get treated as they can escalate with superlative results. A social worker or psychologist is of great help, please consider it.
