I mean it's not exactly something you'd have after a meal is it? Clotted pig's blood.. hmmm.. stick that in a bowl with some strawberries.

A pudding doesn't have to be sweet nor do you have to have it after a meal.I'm guessing a pudding was originally a patty made up of left overs.

Because the clotted blood is black and called pudding to make sound nicer so we eat it
