check any foods you're eating for a high sodium content... you only need about 2000 to 2400mgs a day.

drink lots of water and try water pills but not more than 2 days in a row or you'll get dehydrated and feel really ill and headachy.

try a super high fiber cereal in the morning like "kashi" brand at least 3 or 4 days a week.

also yoga can help relieve bloating and water retention so you might look up some yoga moves online... focus on moves that encourage gentle twisting of the midsection and getting the digestive systems moving.

good luck

Take a water pill, it will flush all the excess water from your system, and make u feel less bloated. Also, drink a glass of warm water with a lemon in it, that would help too.

Are you feeling fat or bloated? They are entirely different in the medical lingo!
If you're feeling bloated, there may be quite a few things wrong - like indigestion, improper food habits, etc.,.
If you're feeling fat when you're not overweight, it's only in your mind - needs reassurance, not medicine.
Either way, consult a nutritionist or your family physician.

P.S. : Don't take a diuretic without medical advice!! It can be dangerous!!

stay away from salt - or salty foods like canned soup, any any frozen dinners - eat a lot of green veggies, like spinach, kale, green beans, etc -- don't eat a lot of carbs - no fried foods, eat chicken (not fried or breaded nuggets) or a little fish. bloating comes from water and many times too many carbs, like bread, muffins, potatoes, pasta - flushing is on temporary and does not get rid of the water - eat healthy and it will help - also try yogurt with live cultures.
