can anyone please tell difference between BOXING AND WWE?

umm...boxing is real? but the athletes in boxing haven't really been any good for the last 10-15 years

Pro wrestling--of which the WWE is currently the largest promoter--is a "work". That means that the two competitors "work" together to put on an entertaining match on the way to a predetermined finish. This finish is chosen by company management--historically, a person known as the "booker" but in the WWE this would be Stephanie McMahon and her writing team, with Vince McMahon giving final approval. Pro wrestling has been a "work" since the days of Strangler Lewis and Frank Gotch, but in the past they attempted to treat it as real--what wrestling insiders call "kayfabe".
Boxing, meanwhile, is what is known as a "shoot"--a legitimate fight under a prescribed set of rules. Other combat sports--from amateur wrestling at your kid's highschool to mixed martial arts like UFC and PRIDE can also be described as "shoots"......

Boxing match outcomes aren't all decided in advance (unfortunately it appears some are). They all are in the WWE. And of course, WWE doesn't follow marquis-queensberry rules.

boxing is two oppenets thourghing punches at one another. They have boxing gloves, boxing shorts and a mouth peice. WWE is wersiling wich is more full body contact but usually not straight punching.
