I am trying to start working out and building upper body muscle, Big biceps and and a big chest, how effective is whey protein and will it help me gain muscle fast?
Most importantly however is the list of protein foods or if you can provide me with a effective and easy to use website where all this info is available, that would be even better....Thank for any and all help!!!!

Meat ,Milk ,Cheese ;Nuts and Soya beans.........it is the cheapest source of protien ,it has high content of protien.

everyone sayz eggs. but let me tell you a secret... potatos are the best way to gain weight. you have to eat fries daily even in small amounts. it works.
