I work in a big big office building. Our office is kinda external. It's attached to the building, but you can't get into it from the main entrance.
I see guys walking across the parking lot all of the time from other offices in the building, and I would really like to meet some of them.
We are a new business here, and I am wondering how I should go about meeting some of them. I want to do it in a non-obvious way.

The hard part isn't what to say to them- it's actuallly running in to them. The only time I see them is from my window as they are walking toward their car.

arrange a Friday after work party at a local bar, print off some fliers at work, either mail them to the other office or walk them over, hand out a few. the word PARTY always gets em, if you build it they will come.

Ask one of them what time is it? Start a conversation . try it i don't know if it wll work.
