A blog is more personal in a way you express yourself through your blogs its kind of a summation of your thoughts on various issues whereas a bulletin board is more of factual thing which conveys news and info you want to share with the world. The bulletin board is not your thoughts but actual happenings on ground.

a blog is kinda like a diary online where you can write out your feelings. A Bulletin board is just waht the name says, it gives notices about changes to things, such as a new blog, a new picture, or a new boyfriend/girlfriend. I am assuming you are new to www.myspace.com and you will find that people have completely blown bulletins out of porportion, gives me a headache most of the time. but hope that answered your question!

A blog is an online diary where people share their thoughts and daily activities.
Basically u write about what u feel like! About ur family, ur hobbies, ur school, studies, ur job, ur children, ur spouse, ur political views, or celebrities or maybe promote ur business-anything u want!
whereas the bulletin board is a forum with many users participating for discussion :)

blog is a journal, bulletin is a notice. A bulletin you can put up quick messages you want you friends to see. A journal is a journal, and you can set it to private, friend, or everybody and that will determine who sees it.

Blog is more of a one-way communication. It's like writing your diary, but online. Although other people can comment on it.
A bullertin board is meant for group conversation. People post questions/opnions, in the hopes that someone can give them answers and comments.
