A good healthy attitude helps a lot, but sometimes it is necessary to use prescriptions. Some of them are just plain miracles. Look at HIV. It used to be a death sentence. Now people are living long, pretty normal lives because the medications keep their viral load so low. The miracle of modern medicine. Believe me--if you or a loved one ever needs a drug to save your life---you'll want it.

Most are, or , worse, have dangerous side effects. Holistic medicine has been working for thousands of years before pharmaceutical companies began synthesizing the compounds. The mind can do wondrous things, if the mind is trained to and the person has faith.

i think so, there are so many illnesses that have been around since the beginning of man and only recently have we gained a phobia of not being healthyright away, we are killing our immnue systems by not being sick sometimes. To answer your question tho, there are a variety of herbal and organic supplements that you can take instead of otc drugs. most major cities have a listing in the yellow pages for herbalist.

Somehow I have doubts that a powerful mind can clear up Syphillus or gangrene ... Let doctors do their work healing you; they certainly know better than any of us.
