Last night i dreamt i was executed by the electric chair.
The night before that i dreamt my family and myself, after being taken off a truck in Romania or somewhere similar, were placed against a wall and i was shot in the back of the head at point blank range, and yet i did not wake up when i died...i just wandered around and no-one could see or hear me, and yet the scene had changed completely after my body had slid down the wall...i think i was at school for about three seconds in my classics class room.
Some nights i even force myself to feel pain, but i can't wake up...i experience cramps that are so intense and yet i can't move.
why do i torture myself in my sleep?

Maybe you feel guilty for something, subconsciously. Most people do - it doesn't mean you've done something evil.
I used to have very vivid and frightening dreams. I started keeping a journal by my bed and writing the dreams down when I woke up. Over a few weeks they got less intense and eventually stopped.
There is also another possibility - you might have a sleep disorder, such as sleep apnea. People who have sleep apnea stop breathing during their sleep several times per night. If you stop breathing during your dream cycle, it's quite possible that you start "freaking out" in your sleep, fearing that you're dying, that you can't make yourself breathe or move, and that feeling of anxiety can translate into scary dreams.
Sometimes also I partly wake up - I'm aware of my surroundings but my body won't let me move - this happens once in a while to people, but if it's more common that can mean a sleep disorder too.
I don't think you're crazy; I think it might help you to see a sleep disorders specialist to see if something is going on in that area. Sleep disorders are very treatable.
Good luck!

Could get all 'past life' but you must have some issues you need skilled help with because that sounds like being tortured and no person should have to go through that

I have read both of your posts/questions. It sounds to me like you suffer from night terrors. This is a real phenomonon/medical condition that can be treated.
You will need to see a doctor and get a sleep exam. Search this website as well.

If you're feeling guilty about anything, you should come clean. Morbid dreams may also occur if you are feeling insecure about something in your life. Find out what that is. It also may help to talk more to your family, if you're not comfortable talking to them about your dreams, talk to them about something else. Get more of a connection with them. Also, possibly a long stretch, but dream catchers if placed in the right place of a room are said to capture any bad dreams.

personal meaning may be grasped by you. and...if you think of your dreams as a theater for knowing more intimately your feeling awareness (subconscious) by your thoughts translations (imageries/interpretations) ... your dreams may then make more sense. there are always realization(s) in a dream and these are self-translated for most meaning and purpose by you in your sleep....and upon awakening. what is valueable to notice is the feeling awareness...it will indicate a place of observation in relationship to the mind/body by the feeling facility. so the imagerie and relationship contexts may be considered 'irrational' yet realization(s) have meaning for a person.......dreams is the way the purpose of soul is revealed to a person (whose mind may or may not be susceptible to distracting notions) .
fears are commonly revealed in sleep. is this what you mean by yourself..? is it the notion that your mind could entertain such a horrid event..? (or) is it the imposition upon your own faculties from a source not of your creation..? ** i think it would be well for you to acknowledge your place in the dream as a person whom feels more or less powerless** .... ** but yet with the capacity for realization .
here also it is necessary to accept the meaning in the messages for you. and these will come as you are ready and able.
but do not over-worry please.....the fears and morbidity is a mental concoction in relationship to unwanted ideas/context.....but what you may seem to not welcome may hold a 'gift for realizing' .
