Tuna sandwhich on whole wheat. Mustard, instead of mayo. Fruit salad and a green salad.

oh- and don't use the solid white albacore- it comes from bigger fish that have mercury. Use the pink stuff.

A nice tomato soup would be good as well. Those lycopenes are good for your prostate.

Well healthy, don't go to mc.donals or pizza hut or any fast food restaraunt! Have a caesar salad with extra chicken and a sweet milkshake for dessert!

I would say something with chicken in it. Or, if you are Vegan, a nice salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, and sunflower nuts. Top it with Organic Green Goddess Dressing!

Well why not try Mexican food. Some tacos, tamales or tostadas are really good at this time. Specially with a nice drink such as horchata, jamaica or tamarindo.

I think you should have a nice fat cheeseburger from a bar that serves a great burger with onion rings and a tall ice clod beer

AAWWW MAN HEALTHY?! LOL! The new italian frescata sandwich at Wendys is really good, and maybe a salad, chicken ceasar, that is about as healthy as I can eat! LOL
