Sorry, I'm not into animal abuse and or cruelty-jerks. I'm a human, something you apparently don't know the defination of. You all have been reported for your ignorate comments suggesting that I kill and eat domesticated animals. I said Chinese food, not your diary.

Indeed, the cooking way he suggested for the puppy dish is totally loucy and wouldn't work at all. My dad knows how to cook a puppy and present the meat nicely in a clay pot while the smell is good and it looks like just any other dishes on the table!

Anyway, ... oh yeah.. some Chinese recipes for you.. here they are

a family dish which we like a lot

<<<<<<<>>>

300 g minced pork meat
100 g dried squil (soak in water and wait till soft, chopped finely)
30 g chinese pickle (mui choy) finely chopped
1 glove garlic (crushed)
2 tablespoon reduce salt soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 slice of ginger (finely chopped)
100 g waterchestnut (skinned finely chopped)
6 dried mushroom (soak into warm water till soft, then slices)

1) Put ground pork meat, squil , waterchestnut, and mushroom into the mix bowl, combine the meat well, smooth, add the soy sauce mixture into the meat to taste
2) Make the meat round like an hamgugar and place it on a plate,
3) Prepare a big stream pot, put the plate into the pot and steam for 10 minutes or till cooked.
4) Remove the dish out of the wok, add sesame oil and sprinkle green onion on top as garnish.
5) Serve immediately.
