breakfast: pankakes with real maple syrup and whipped cream. 2 eggs and bacon.

Lunch:Home made pizza. It's good and different every time!

Dinner: Chimme changas. At a different mexican place so It always tastes different! HEHE.

Breakfast: - Eggo Waffles with peanut butter

Lunch - Montreal-style smoked meat sandwiches

Dinner - Butter chicken on basmati rice, eggplant curry, naan and veggie samosa

If you mean the same item for each meal it would have to be pizza. It's almost perfect as the food pyramid goes -- Grains, Dairy, Protein, Fruits/Vegetables. It would have to have on it cheese, sauce, ham, pineapple, green peppers.

wow i am amazed at the amount of school kids not in school or playing on the computer in class that could be the only explanation because kids dont listen
