So I should be able to shoot the drug dealers on the streets since we're in a War against Drugs, right?

Many of you say I'm not a Christian, yet many Christians support the War on Terror...and that's killing also.

Where, exactly, in the Gospel did Jesus ever say killing is OK at any time? In fact, this is a radically opposed doctrine to that of the Gospels. Read Matthew 5 and Luke 7 again.

Also, the "War against Drugs" is a rhetorical device, not an actual state of conflict. Don't get swayed by others' rhetoric and then consumed by your own.

IF you were a Christian you would not have said what you just said; You would already have the answer to that.

Exodus 20:13 Thou shalt not kill.

You fall under this scripture if you do believe as you posted.

Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

Romans 1:28-29 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

If you are a Policeman, it is correct to shoot them or to surrneder them to court. If you are not so first give information to Police then Pray for drug dealers so that they may be changed. This is what Christians does.

Governments have the authority to execute and kill by waging war. The individual does not have any authority to kill another person.

War needs to be considered "Just" in order to use force which should be the last resort.

Well, It is not that easy. The six commandment does say "Thou shall not Kill" but there are times when you might have to. It all depends on your convictions.
