For a Level 3 type person, this is the crappiest question I have ever seen.

Eat some cheese (hard cheese like cheddar or swiss) or peanut butter. These will slow you down a bit.
You could also try plain white rice mixed with some chicken. The rice is binding jus tlike the peanut butter and cheese.

Well alot of people go everyday, or even two times a day. Whatever your symptoms are, you are normal. One more thing , do you eat alot of greens?
