A nice guy will wait until you are ready.
A guy who just wanna play with you and get it over and done with will wanna kiss you even if you don't want to yet. and might wanna go further than a kiss.
If you are both ready... then there's no set time on when you should kiss.
kissing can sometimes lead to sex so you just have to be careful how far you want things to go.
its best to wait with something like sex. better to get to know the person to see whether he's in for real and whether you like him for real.

Guys take kissing as a sign of commitment. If a girl kisses the guy then for the guys that means she enjoyed the date and would like to go out again.
On the other hand, if the girl does not want to kiss or does not kiss the guy, then the guy would probably think that maybe the girl needs more time.
However, usually the guy will ask the girl out again in order to confirm that she is still interested in him and the first date was not ALL that bad

Well I am not sure how the guys act now a days, but kissing is something that should be shared if both parties (on the first date it may be hard to tell if things will work. Most times things just click togehter) like one another. It does not mean anything unless you take it to the next step of more than friendship. Anything else that may lead you into something that you do not feel comfortable with surely let him know.

A little kiss goodbye means you want another date. A handshake means maybe not so much.
I can turn it around. Would you want a second date with a guy you don't want to kiss at the end of a first date?

A kiss is the very minimum. Most of the time you should be giving up the puss* on the first date, or at the very least a good BJ.
