This means there is 2 times more vodka in the drink than cream.

Using your example, 2 shots of vodka and 1 shot of cream. Of 4 shots of vodka and 2 shots of cream. Or 1 shot of vodka and 1/2 shot of cream.

Got it?

By the way, if you see the term "jigger" it means shot glass.

Anything you use.
For a double shot drink that would be two shots vodka one shot cream. For a smaller drink two ounces vodka one ounce cream. For a large drink two cups vodka one cup cream. Etc.

There is no specific measurement. It basically means fill a shot glass with vodka twice, and once with cream, mix them together in a larger glass. But you can use bigger or smaller glasses as long as it is equal.

it means make it as large as you like but the "part" must be proportional to each other.

one part vodka can be a cup, a shot or what ever. just make the other "part" of the same measurement.

equally divided--but to simplify add 1 shot glass of each liquid for each "part"

that depends on for how many people you are mixing the drinks... for one person it could be an ounce for 5 people a 'part' would be 5 ounces...............
