I'm making something with Pork steaks this evening that sounded truly delicious. Here's the recipe:

Yoghurt Spiced Pork with Sweet Potato Wedges
Serves 4

520g Pork Loin Steaks
150ml Natural Yoghurt
1tsp ground coriander (cilantro)
1tsp ground cumin
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic crushed
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
750g Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges.
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 220C,
2. Place the pork steaks between two sheets of kitchen wrap and using a rolling pin or meat mallet, gently flatten to a thickness of 2cm.
3. Spoon yoghurt into a large bowl and add the coriander, cumin, lemon rind, lemon juice amd garlic. Mix well and season. Remove the pork from the kitchen wrap and add to the yoghurt to coat. Leave for 10mins
4. Toss the sweet potatoes in the olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place on a baking tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins.
5. While they are cooking, heat a grill and line the base of the grill pan with foil. Place the pork on the wire rack with some of the yoghurt spooned over and cook for 5-6 mins each side.
6. serve with a little fresh watercress or cilantro leaves with the wedges.

I like my pork steaks fried. Season them with salt, pepper, Old Bay, lemon pepper, onion & garlic powder, and paprika. Coat them in flour and fry in a hot skillet for about ten minutes per side. Let them sit for about five to ten minutes and enjoy.

Put them in a roasting dish, with a couple of table spoons of cider vinegar, the same of dark balsamic and cover with fresh ground black pepper and a drizzle of honey over them, then place in the oven on about 180 for an hour or until cooked. Enjoy this is our favourite way of eating them.

Chop em up into pieces. fry em with a little olive oil and some necesary spices. Slip them into a warm tortilla with some cheese or lettuce and maybe some tomatoes if you like. roll up the tortilla with all the ingredients in it. Pour some guacamole on top with a bit of sour creme and serve warm/hot with a side of salsa for perfect mexican! called: chimme changa's!

Everyone always goes with sweet with pork. For something different try savory - 2 of my favorites:

Olive oil, garlic (fresh smashed), rosemary, satl, and pepper

Soy sauce, ginger, fresh garlic, cayenne pepper to taste.

I like sweet and sour pork over rice. If you make that, I will be over to eat it. What time shall I come?
