it depends both my grandparents developed lung cancer. My grandpa 's was in a spot where they were able to remove his lung .. so he lived and he has been fine now for 10 years but my grandma's was inoperable and she died two years later. they gave her 6 mos she did chemo and she lived longer but ultimately it killed her but she also didn't quit smoking throughout the process... sometimes it does work though and hopefully your friend's uncle will be ok ... best wishes to him

Well, my friend's dad had lung cancer.. he did chemo and used some alternative health products and survived it.. very strong and healthy looking now.

Sry to say,but unfortunately no.he don't need chemo,he need a miracle.It is the best if he uses what he has from life to the fullest while he can.All of us will die one day anyway. :-(
