Drinks like Gatorade cut to half strength with water, go for a walk and breath deeply and slowly, to regain electrolites and oxygenate the blood. A few glasses of water WHILE drinking lessens dehydration.
Vitamins and balanced meals.

drink a lot of water and keep your food light in case you start to feel nauseous. Avoid salty food and take something for the head ache. Also keep in mind that sugar helps metabolize alcohol faster, so you can eat some chocolate or candies

A smoothy or some coffee. But I hear that if your hung over from too much beer than you should drink another beer in the morning. Water just dilutes it and spreads through your body.

The only REAL cure for a hangover is to STOP DRINKING in the first place. A hangover is your body's reaction to being poisoned by ingestion of a toxic substance. .
That said, you might try a combination of Mylanta or other liquid antacid to coat the irritated lining of your stomach and esophagus, and tylenol to remedy that pounding headache. Plenty of fluids are a good idea, as alcohol frequently causes dehydration. It is a diuretic. If you've been vomiting, then you've been losing fluid that way too. More sophisticated remedies are available from a physician. If you're experiencing tremors or hallucinations, check yourself into a hospital for more intensive treatment.
Remember, a bit of pain is a good thing. It reminds you that alcohol actually injures your body. Every injury heals, but not 100%. When you get to be my age, you look back at all the times when you injured your body, and thank goodness that you still have a few parts that work right.
There is no greater cause for broken family relationships, motor vehicle injuries, or life threatening chemical dependency, than alcohol..

I usually drink milk which helps coat the stomache but I hear Gatorade really helps. You also need to eat something greasy (hamburger, fries, etc.).

Usually something like a cheeseburger, because the grease will help absorb some of the alcohol that is still in your system. Add some Gatorade to it and that should help a bit.

you should drink alot of water, to flush out your system... right after you are done drinkin alcy you should try to drink water before you go to bed, and water in the morniing too (for future referance)
Eating wise... umm.. probably bread/bagel... something thats easy on you stomache (not too spicy) but really, you could eat anything..?
you should try and go for a brisk walk, it'll wake up your body, and the fresh air is good for head aches! ;) good luck!
