The program is Phoneslips. It's not acknowleging that the disk is even in the D:/ drive! I thought maybe it was the disk, so I tried a different disk, and it said the same thing. I even rebooted my computer. Nothing is helping. Can anybody help me? Thank you so much!

1. The computer may have lost the driver for the CD Device or the driver may be corrupted. You may need to download a new driver for it.

2. The CD cable inside the computer may be loose.

Make sure your CD rom drive is being dectected by your system. Go to MY Computer right click and go to Properties, then look up your drive manager. If you CD rom isn't listed do a refresh from the menu. If that does not dectect it, you may need to buy a new drive.

Your drive might be bad if it does it to every disk you put in. They are pretty cheap...get a new one if you want...I suggest TigerDirect.
