Do you mean people with paranoid schizophrenia? If so then yes, sometimes.
If you mean people who are 'a bit paranoid' or even people with a 'paranoid personality', then no - at least no more than anyone else.
Remember though, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're NOT out to get you...................
