A sense of humour is THE most important. Laughter makes life so much more enjoyable!
A soft, caring but strong side because a girl always needs this when she is upset and needs to know that everything is going to be ok.
You also need to learn to listen. we all know you men like to shut off and you think we don't notice but we do. But just look at it this way, if you don't offer comfort and don't listen when we need to poor our hearts out about something that we think is important, what use are you because we can turn to our girlfriends for that so you will be made redundant and disregarded because you obviously don't care enough about us to want to know.
So in a nut shell, you need to be everything our girlfriends are and more...

kind, understanding, loyal, someone who makes me feel like I'm important to someone, and someone with whom i feel comfortable with. You have to prove to a girl that she is safe in your arms, and that you will never betray her or nothing can harm her when she's with you, and she can trust you 100 percent. looks are not important in a real relationship, trust and the kindness of the heart is, just make her feel that she's the most important thing in your life. Deep down in their souls every woman is a princess, and every guy is a charming prince who comes to rescue her. Don't tell me your not a protective person?

Well i have to say it's intelligence, strength, confidence and dedication. Appearance doesn't even matter when you have these attributes, intelligence will allow the guy to judge which girl is worthy of him, strength so he can protect her, confidence that shows the world that he is with her and dedication so he can provide for her. This is the guy i go for.

Actually I look for a lot of the above things....but one of the main things Iook for is a sense of worldliness, someone who has lived life, been places, and has a story to tell. Along with the sensitivity, trustworthiness, caring and all other things......

a man who is caring who,s not scared to show is emotion's with a slight edge about him must be loyal who will love and care about me and not a creep.basically Mel Gibson,s character in what woman want after the hair dryer in the bath bit that's what i look for in a man it helps to if he,s got long dark hair and good looking and in to the same music as me

I'm not a girl, but I like a man who can't dance, dresses like SH IT and one I know is totally in to me. Ambition with a conscious also works. Looks are boll ox, Money means nothing. Strength of mind is all.

I want a guy that can talk to me, and one i can to, too. I want some to make me laugh when I need it and a shoulder to cry on when I am down. I want some one who loves me for me, not the way I look. If you find me a guy like this, please let me know!

Honesty, also a guy who LISTENS and is interested in in what I have to say and would reply . He needs to have some kind of confidence in himself and respect women.
