Maybe because he's the bad boy. But what the hell does he have to offer? Looks like a scrub, may or may not be employed? Stick with what you know you have, the scrub may be full of surprises you don't want!

could be nothing more than morbid curiosity on your part. you have obviously come to a conclusion on who and what this guy is and you just find yourself taking a look when passing........I dont think that there is really anything to it form what little you wrote in the post. :)
