1st... use your body language... subtly... not too much to scare him away.. but obvious enough to let him know that you got something for him. eg. touch his arm lightly sometimes momentarily and talk to him sweeter (not too much) and flirt abit.
-- watch his response.
2nd. If he shows that he likes u back, entice him to make him ask you out... or you can either ask him out (which ever suits you) or leave him a love note.
make sure he shows okay or positive sighs that he likes you... if he is repelled by your approach eg. pulling away or avoiding you... then you can either pull back... or if you are daring.. ask him just to make sure.. unless the signals he's sending is downright .. clear.
you can also ask his friends for help.
Good luck and hope this works.
remember .. there's other fishes in the sea if this one is not a keeper so try your best !

My husband was shy, so I ended up having to be a bit more pushy. I would continue how you are. If you two got close over the summer and goof off in class, then he must be getting more comfortable with you. Maybe you can ask him to a movie or for dinner or lunch. Everyone goes to the movies and everyone eats... so it should be no big deal. If he says yes, then he probably does like you. If he says no, then he's probably not ready for the next step (or he doesn't like you that way and doesn't want to give you the wrong impression).

Wait a second....
The relationship is working! You spend time together, you goof off a lot and take classes together. Both of you enjoy each other's company -- let it evolve at it's own speed. Don't poke at it by telling him you like him. That forces him to say, "I feel the same way." If he doesn't -- then you and he will be unhappy, yes?
Resist the urge! Let the relationship evolve with an "unspoken understanding." Eventually, he will want to express himself -- that's the perfect time to talk about it.

Good Gawd, girl are you truly in college or Jr. High?
Feelings wax and wane for everyone but to confront the issue with him and force him into declaring he "likes you too" may be a bit forward at this point in the relationship. He might leave skid marks getting away.
Let the relationship flow naturally without the necessity of "declarations of feeling".

Just be upfront and honest about your feeling for him, I think that it's cute that he's so shy. You can make the first move without comming across as being pushy and forward. If your abit shy in telling him, then get him a really nice card and write in it, maybe spanish about the way he makes you feel......What if you got the card and wrote in it and then brought it with you on one of your spanish classes and got him to read it out to you.....he would be translating how you feel about him. :))

Why don't you go on a date to the movies or something like that and see if he tries to hold your hand there, and then at the end of the night when you give him a hug good night put forth some effort with out going all the way on giving him a kiss.

Ask him out! You're a mature college educated woman. Make this happen. Don't wait around for him to make the first move. If I had waited for my husband to ask me out six years ago, I would still be single. He tells people all the time that the reason we are together is because of me making first move, since he was too shy to ask me out. GO FOR IT!!!

just open up and say "do you want to go ______ sometime" fill the blank with something OTHER THAN SEX. like see a movie or attend a college sports event, go swimming, hiking or whatever. you best bet is to go to a sports thing like football or basketball. college games are lots of fun even if you dont like sports at all. more than likely you guys with hang out before and after wards and the words will kinda just come to you.

You've asked this question twice before. Either the advice you got didn't work or you're just as shy as he is and haven't even tried. Life is too short. You could die tomorrow. Make a move!!!!
