It seems as though every time I turn around someone that has a very high sex drive is said to have a white liver. I dont think there is such a thing. A white liver doesnt sound like a healthy liver to me.

If such a colloquialism exists, it is most likely limited to a very small region. Perhaps you misheard or were told this by someone who misheard, as there is no sense in it.

There is a large yellow-white liver seen in alcoholism and in liver disease. This does not promote sexuality.
