Here's the plan...
I'll have my girlfriend arrested. Then I'll show up at the jailhouse and when she asks what is going on, I'll tell her she was being charged with possession of stolen property.
Then she'll ask me what she has that is stolen, I'll say, "my heart".
Then we and all the police will have a good laugh.
Will this be a good plan?

I don't know where you live, but I don't think the police would be in on that... unless you live in a tiny town. I'm sure there are other ways of being romantic other than scaring her like that. I'm not sure what type of person she is, but that's not something I would like done to me.

I think everything is sweet but the arresting part.. don't do that part. It will create a huge emotional situation for her as well as anxiety. Needless to say do it more playfully and buy some handcuffs for the home.

no cuz false arrest is a felony and you could get you and the police in serious trouble and unless you plan on proposing to her at the same time it will just seem lame. If your not gonna propose what do you do after you release her, walk outta the jail. dats not romantic at all

no not really because this joke is being taken too far...its definitely not romantic..how cn being taken into prison arrested for a joke be romantic..trust me dont do it..or she may avoid you for a couple of days...because believe it or not my boyfriends a copper and he actually did that to me i wor well mad at him..so i avoided him for couple days...and said that isnt romantic...so take my advice yeh but come up with a better plan...because this is very mean....

i mean this is really wierd.i just dont understand how u have even thought of this idea.i mean it would just scare ur girlfriend.and in love u shouldnt do anything like this..this would be a bad joke instead of saying romantic.if i would be in this place then i would have kicked my borfriend if he would dare to give me such sort of a surprize.

dont strech it to jailhouse( i think that might freak her out a lott). just have her pulled over when u are with her. but on a whole i would give u my thumbs up...good'un
