I think it would initially sound like a champagne cork popping. But not the cheap bang sound... it would be a more gentle popping sound followed by an airy sigh.
The smell would be a medly of things. Of slightly sweet potporri yet damp and musty with an underlying deep, rich oily smell that comes from cloths used to wrap antique tools .

Yes she does fart! She eats beans,boiled eggs,and onions the day before she is going to be having negotiations with foreign dignitaries. She gets them in a room and starts her talks and silently passes the worst smell known to man. of course no dares to say anything, but in order to get out of there they agree to give her whatever she asks for.
