hey 7yrs...is still a small age...but if hes not learning propoerly in age 10 then i think u must take sum strict action....even though if hes not studying now at present then i think u must take sum strict actions...or may b ur parents shud scold him every day......if he still dont listens then i think u must explain him the worth of study...the value of being educated......I think for a parent if his or her child is not listening the parents r requested to take sum serius actions....or COMPLAINT IT TO THE TEACHER WHO WILL 1st A BIT SCOLD HIM BUT ATLEAST LATER HE WILL UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF STUDY! Just take an example ofa pooor and a normal middle cllass human...they r both so different......n u knwo y they r so? RITE?

Tell about his other activities. If he is well in other activities and try do the things on his own, there is no problem. Slowly and slowly make him to sit on study table for greater period and let him do the work. If he is not well in othe activities he needs some special care and therapy.

Maybe your brother has a learning disability you should discuss this with his doctror or maybe he just hasnt learned how to learn on his own try getting him a tutor to teach him how to study.

Hes 7. He shouldnt have to "study" on his own. At this age, using flash cards would help.

i am sure you are more than 7. your English need correction. in a family where those who preach don't practice themselves, someone could have an alibi to try and escape from his duties. correct your English, be strict with yourself. tell your parents to be strict with themselves. Your brother may have some problem with his body. I mean vision, hearing or etc.
