The bible teaches that the antichrist will have the power to change God's laws and time. Who took away the 2nd commandment, and who changed the time from dusk till dawn to 12 midnight? The bible also teaches that the antichrist will have the power to foregive sins, which other religion teachess that their priests can forgive sins. The bible teaches in 1John 4:3 that the antichrist was there at that time, and will also be here at the end times. Is there a person who was given a title that time, and still we have that title today? Doesnt the bible teaches that the antichrist will be a "great and powerfull" man? Isnt there such a person today, that have "rights" to say what he wants about religion........................ I was just thinking???

It says he will "THINK" to change times and laws. No one can really change God's laws. In the book of Malachi God says "I am the LORD I change not"
also tried to change the 4th commandment. Most people go to church on Sunday but the Sabbath day is Saturday. (Time and law)

Here are the 4 verses in which the term "antichrist" appears:
1 John 2:18 - Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
1 John 2:22 - Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
1 John 4:3 - And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
2 John 1:7 - For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
These define the antichrist. Don't you find these definitions in many people, even in some of those who ask and answer questions here?
So the antichrist is not one person, it's an attitude of mind. It's the unconverted mind at work.

Antichrist literally means "against Christ," or an opposition Christ. It only appears in the Bible in the Gospel of John. Referring to false teachers, the author writes "Even now are there many antichrists." Thus, according to him, it was possible for there to be multiple antichrists and that it was not any kind of office.
Currently, however, the term has come to refer to a sort of office. It is believed that the Antichrist serves Satan and will, at some point, be allowed to rule the Earth until Jesus returns again.
