how long does home made lemon curd keep for?

As it is made from eggs that have not been fully cooked (although they should have been heated to pasturisation temperature) once the pot is opened it should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 3 weeks.
An unopenned pot wil keep for several months, but I would use it up within 3 months.

It keeps for up to a month. Store in a cool place.

about 6 mos. It keeps very well. Always store at room temp.
