There are some things in your question that jump out at me. "Always", "prove", "brainwashed", "just for the record", and "stupid". This makes me think that you don't have a full understanding of the word, criticism. Maybe your comments are less about critical thinking and more about trying to offend. Further, if you're Agnostic, you haven't proven anything to Christians any more than it's been proven to you that there is a God. By definition, an Agnostic believes that the existence of God can't be proven or disproved, so maybe you don't even know what you are.

You are generalizing. Have you spoken to ALL Christians? If you can prove to them that they are "brainwashed" then they didn't have a very strong faith to begin with. There are all kinds of religions within the title christian. I will admit I don't know much about religions other than my own (southern baptist), but I have never called anyone names or cursed them because they don't believe the same as I do. I believe in God's word and try to be an example for others.

is it just Christians that can't take Criticism. Good for them if they are offended when their personal belief system is attacked. It is how we respond that is wrong sometimes. I think much of the lashing out comes from the fact that Christians live in a world where they are always under attack and scrutinized. It makes being a Christian difficult. Many other religions aren't as personal so it is not as big of a deal to them.

A good Christian will not call you names. I don't turn and call you names or get all flustered. I take the statement for what it is and do my best to explain my personal belief. You can either accept the explanation or reject it.
Which criticism are you speaking of. It appears you are addressing all persons associated with the teaching of Christianity of which I am one.
When have I called you a name? When have I turned against you?
Please explain.

Because to us its not criticism, its blantent disregard and disrespect for our faith. By the way calling us brainwashed is name calling as well. And just for the record there is no doctorine for a true christian just the word of Jesus.

Aint just Christians babe. Its most religions. If they mock science (evolution mainly) people should just calmly tell them to not get the two topics of spirituality and observational science mixed up.

There is a difference between questioning someone's beliefs and insulting them because of what they believe.
My observation is that you are in the second category; also, you've not proven any of us wrong.
Are you sure you're not a closet atheist? You sure seem to hate God ...

If they turn and call you names then it is not very Christian like. Don't look at people if you are looking for perfection, look at Him. Also, theories are not proofs.
