What I did for my daughters room was paint the bottom half of the wall pink about 3 ft up from the floor, we put a border in the wall at the 3 ft mark that had very little pink in it with a white background and light to medium colored blue lace on it, the top portion of the wall is white, her curtains and shades are the light blue color in the border. try something like this.
You can put a darker color on the bottom half of the wall and a brighter color on the top portion, just remember to color coordinate with the room. Good Luck.

Green is the opposite of pink, so a color in the green family would be complementary. Without seeing your shade of pink, it is almost impossible for me to pick a green shade for you, but sage does look very well with pink. Hold them up to each other, and make your decision from there. Good Luck.

A light teal would be pretty.
And dark colors do not always make the room feel small. We painted our room a brilliant dark red and it feels larger than when it was white.

Creamy white... White makes a room seem bigger, and brighter! So yeah no dark colors! :) maybe you could do 3 walls in this creamy white color, and do a little darker color on 1 wall... maybe a pink shade that matches the furniture? or maybe another color that you have in that room? :) good luck..!

eggshell, ecru, sand or a very pastel yellow will make it all pop. Then you can accent with almost any darker variation of the pink or brown. Also throw in a dark blue stripe and it will be beautiful.
Good luck and have fun with all the color.

A creamy beige paint would be beautiful! Use accent pillows in beige too. And also a painting of a magnolia blossom in pink! And maybe a nice creamy beige area rug.

A pastel green would look nice with a border that has green and pink in it.
